Ingredients
8 eggs, room temperature
8oz ham steak, cut into small cubes
4oz bacon, diced and fried
3 green onions, sliced
1cup cottage cheese
1/2cup whole milk, room temperature
2-2 1/2cups all-purpose flour(add enough so that the ham won't sink)
2tsp instant dry yeast
2oz monterey jack, cubedInstructions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Add everything to a large bowl, stirring until all is combined. Add enough flour so that the ham doesn't sink.

Pour into a buttered and floured casserole - about 9" square.

Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool 30 minutes, then slice into squares.
