Ingredients
1lb white asparagus
3Tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs, hard-boiled
1tsp lemon juice, fresh
1Tbsp parsley, freshly minced
salt

Trim ends off the asparagus. Cook in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, mash egg with butter. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix together to make sauce.

Spoon sauce over asparagus and serve immediately.
